Volunteer Vignettes

CKUA volunteers brighten our world. They are the lifeblood of our organization. We simply could not do the things we do without them. Our volunteers are involved in all levels of our organization. They are leaders, coaches, mentors and trainers. They are willing to help out whenever and wherever needed. Last year alone, CKUA volunteers contributed over 14,000 hours of their expertise and skills to our organization.

During the Spring 2007 Campaign, we planned a special tribute to recognize our wonderful volunteers - many of whom have been with us since the station rebirth in 1997. We chose 17 people to tell their story about what motivates them to volunteer at CKUA.
