Sat. 12pm – This weekend, Leeroy Stagger pays tribute to a legendary musician that has had a massive impact on his his own work. As Leeroy puts it:

“The death of Tom Petty almost represents a loss of youth I can imagine to my parents generation. But for me, I felt an overwhelming sadness when I heard he was gone. He represents the bastion of one of the last true rock-n-rollers. I mean, we still have the Stones who are making decent music still — but Tom and the Heartbreakers were still making killer music and relevant music and Tom was still making important statements that needed to be heard.”

Tune into the Dirty Windshields Radio Hour this week while Leeroy spins his favourite Tom Petty tracks, and shares some stories from fans about what the music meant to them.

Catch it Saturday at noon MT!
