We love music here in Alberta. And we love summer, as short as unpredictable as it may be. So it’s no surprise that we pack as many music festivals as possible into those precious few months, many of them showcasing the bounty of talented and ambitious artists that call this province their own.

But with so many festivals and acts, it is impossible to see them all. That’s why CKUA and the provincial government have teamed up to bring the music to you. We’ll be hosting a free outdoor concert at Calgary’s McDougall Centre that highlights some of the Alberta musicians playing at festivals across the province, hosted by David Ward. Come down to join us in celebrating Alberta’s musical community.

All concerts take place in the public park on the west side of the McDougall Centre (455 – 6 Street SW)

FINAL CONCERT: Thursday, Sept. 6 @ 11:45am
