ELLA SINGS RODGERS & HART ON A 1956 VERVE
EP
Part of a seven EP set of the Ella Fitzgerald Rogers
& Hart Songbook from 1956. I got this set from my old
friend, the late Al Reusch, who distributed the Verve label
on the West Coast in the fifties.
Ella needed a whole side of an EP for this extended version
of Bewitched, Bothered And Bewildered - she gets
a tiny bit naughty near the end with a very different set
of lyrics.
We heard this one on the February 12/07 Jazz EPs
edition of RRR.
