1944 SIDNEY BECHET 78 ON BLUE NOTE
On the revered Blue Note label, here is the
great Sidney Bechet, from December 1944, with a driving band
that includes Vic Dickenson on trombone and Art Hodes on piano.
The twelve-inch format gave the fellas room to stretch out
- on St Louis Blues.
