    Doctors Kim Loeffler & Shirley Schipper

    Kim Loeffler and Shirley Schipper are Family Physicians based in southwest Edmonton. They are both dedicated to the specialty of Family Medicine, relevant evidence-informed primary care, and the teaching of medical students, residents and other learners.

    Dr. Loeffler is an assistant clinical professor for the department of Family Medicine and the academic director for the Grey Nuns Family Medicine Centre. Dr. Loeffler regularly teaches at the medical school and has clinical interests in exercise and fitness, orthopedic rehabilitation, screening and evidence based medicine.

    Dr. Schipper is an associate professor of the department of Family Medicine and the Vice Dean Education for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Alberta. She has an interest in medical education, specifically curriculum development, critical thinking and physician assessment.
