Current Volunteer Opportunities

Donor Stewardship
Donor Stewardship Team volunteers will work with Fund Development to thank donors, to do year-round calls to lapsed donors inviting them back to the fold, and to make sure all donors know they are appreciated. We will be making calls in the evenings (between 7 and 9 pm), and also during weekdays. Join us once, daily, weekly or monthly; whatever works best for you. 

Donor Appreciation
Donor Appreciation Team volunteers will work with Fund Development to thank donors personally and quickly after they have donated, and to follow up as necessary verifying information etc. 

Musical or Community Events 
Musical and Community Event volunteers represent CKUA at events in the community, educating potential listeners and sometimes selling merchandise.

Library
Library volunteers help keep our massive music library organized and updated. Duties can include processing new CD's and inputting data.

Programming
Programming volunteers assist with research for CKUA programs, as requested by announcer/producers.

Fundraising campaigns
Fundraising campaigns require various roles, including phone (taking pledges), hospitality (keeping food and drink flowing), data entry, library (finding music and taking it to on-air announcers), shift coordinator and shift leader (responsible for overseeing each shift and pledges made).
