Billy Cowsill Tributes

Billy Cowsill, an integral part of the Alberta and Canadian music scene for the past few decades, died on February 17, 2006 at his home in Calgary. Allison Brock was a friend and fan of Billy Cowsill and devoted the February 25th edition of Wide Cut Country to a look back at Billy Cowsill. She was joined by David Ward and Tom Coxworth in Calgary and Peter North in Edmonton. In addition, a number of guests were invited to share memories of Billy. Because of overwhelming interest from listeners, the Wide Cut Country tribute to Billy Cowsill was rebroadcast on Monday, March 6th.
