CKUA "On Air" Lights Up for Grabs!

Donors were entered into a draw for an authentic, working, CKUA On Air light - the very ones used in our CKUA studios until just a few weeks ago before our move!




This is the 'light' that shone down when Bill Coull did his Saturday program Coull Jazz ... and his weekly Afternoon Edition.






This is the light that was 'in the room' when Cam Hayden and David Ward hosted the morning show!




This is the light that was on when all those iconic artists came into CKUA studios to play and chat, including Mae Moore, Mose Allison, Jimmy Webb, Ian Tyson, Jann Arden, and many others; imagine what you'd hear if this light could TALK?!?!


Even if you don't have a personal studio, there are many imaginative uses for an On Air light - a real piece of ALBERTA BROADCASTING HISTORY!
