I have lots of friends in Canada. I first heard your radio station at John and Jerry's farm in Lougheed, Alberta, where they have it on all the time in their workshop.

Some (not all) of the countries I’ve been to are: Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Faro Isles, Iceland, South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi, Tanzania, & Zanzibar, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Cyprus, Australia, & Tasmania, New Zealand, Argentina, chilly Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, mainland USA, Canada, Alaska, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, Caribbean islands, Pacific Islands…
I am on the TV and in the newspapers in many countries I go in to now, and I have now got a lot of followers all round the world. I think they like me because I am just a normal working man who went for a ride round the world on his old motorbike with no sponsors, paying for everything myself and helping people all round the world - living very simply but enjoying every second of my ride round the world. Just doing it and sorting things out as they appear mainly at the customs.
All the best, Ian (CKUA World Ambassador)

I am now 80 miles south of Athens, Greece, and I am listening to CKUA radio on my laptop and Monica Miller. It’s 10:30 am here, it’s the afternoon there - can you ask Monica to tell the people of Canada I am ok and still riding my motor bike back home to England. And ask her to play San Quentin by Johnny Cash and Hotel California by the Eagles.
All the best Ian Coates

I have got you listeners in Greece and in Macedonia now and when I was in Greece I met a mother and daughter on holiday there from Toronto. I told them about CKUA and they are going to start listening to you. I am listening to CKUA while i am sending this email to you.

Hope you are warm - I've just had an email from my friend in Edmonton, and she said it's -40. That's cold but not as cold as your new listeners in Tomsk and Chita, Siberia, where it's -55...
